Return Eligibility

  • The product is damaged or defective when received.
  • The wrong product has been delivered.
  • The product received is significantly different from the product ordered.

Return requests should be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Unboxing Video

For damaged, incorrect, or defective products, we strongly recommend recording a clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.

This may be required to verify damage or missing items.

Non-Returnable Products

Products may not be eligible for return if:

  • The product has been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • The product is returned without its original packaging.
  • Damage has occurred due to improper handling by the customer.
  • The return request is made after the applicable return period.
  • The product is specifically marked as non-returnable.

Refund

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
